Painter’s comment
With the intuitive painting process, one never knows on beforehand what is going to be the outcome of a painting, what needs to be expressed. Herewith some earlier stages of this painting, which made its start in landscape format. It was only In a late stage, when turning it vertical that all of a sudden everything came together and made sense to me.
